Delivery and Return Policy

Where items are not available with in a reasonable time frame we will contact you and give you the option to reschedule your delivery or to cancel the order.

Currently all orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or after 3pm on Friday will be delivered to the customer on the Monday. Please note, delivery service are unavailable on weekends and public/bank holidays.

Please allow up to 7 days for progressing and dispatching time.


How is my order delivered?

Your delivery will arrive by RoyalMail 1st Class service.


What are the delivery time?

1. Goods will normally be dispatched from our warehouse within 5-7 working days and any estimated dispatch date is a an estimate, which can change without notice.
2. If you using voucher code please allow us up to 15-20 working days (30 days) to deliver your item due big amount of order.


Delivery Charges

Delivery for all mainland UK deliveries under £100 is from £1.99 to £4.99 per item depending on the product. Orders over £100 and up to £200 are subsidized and are charged at £9.99 per item. Orders of £200 or over qualify for Free delivery.  Once you have started your order, and selected your delivery area the cost of shipping will automatically update according to the delivery band your order total falls in to.


Do you charge Tax?

Courier services are subject to VAT but this is already included in the delivery charges quoted..


Where do you deliver in the UK?

We deliver to the UK mainland (England, Wales, Scotland and Scottish Highlands only).


Do I have to be in?

No you do not have to be in, but we must either have instructions from you where to leave your order, or we will leave safe with a neighbor, or in a safe place within your property boundaries.  Because our produce is fresh our couriers are under instruction not to return deliveries to depot.  Please specify any special delivery instruction with your order.


What about out of Stock Items?

In the unlikely event that an item is not in stock, you will be contacted to let you know. At this point you may choose to have a replacement product, or a refund. Where your choice of product is a box selection we reserve the right to replace box products with similar products of the same or greater value.


Delivery Problems

Although we do our best to ensure that all orders are delivered within a reasonable time frame, if there is a problem dispatching your order we will contact you and arrange an alternative date or offer a full refund. Please be aware that we dispatch orders using a Royal Mail or courier service whose operation is outside of our control. Where mistakes or losses occur we will usually replace your order, unless you have specified the wrong delivery address, or the order has been safely delivered, but you have neglected to retrieve it in reasonable time (e.g. from a neighbor).


Delivery Methods

We have selected the delivery methods that we believe offer the safest and most cost effective delivery of your items in a reasonable time frame. Please note that the delivery method will be determined based on item, weight, size and value of the order. Delivery on orders over £150 are subsidized.


What should I know about payment methods to ensure timely delivery?

We recommend using a CREDIT CARD online to ensure timely delivery. With credit cards, we have guaranteed full payment at the time of order, and you are insured according to the conditions of your card.

We offer payment via PayPal and we ship your items as soon as we verify all products in your order are available.


Can I Return the item if I am not satisfied?
Items can refunded if in re-sale-able condition and if returned within 7 days of you receiving your item. More information under the 5. paragraph in our Terms and Condition page.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via our contact us page within 7 working days from receipt of your order. Providing the item is unused/unworn and in original condition with original packaging, we will provide you with a returns number and the goods must be returned within 7 working days. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days from receipt. The customer is responsible for return costs.


Refund policy exclusions

Due to health and safety regulations we cannot accept returns (subject to our discretion) of the following products if the packaging has been opened:

Nail Kits / Accessories
Hair brushes/Hair extensions
Body jewellery/Piercing tools
Foot Spas

This list is not exhaustive and does not affect your statutory rights.

If items are returned to us after attempted delivery, we will charge an admin fee of £2.99 to re-post.


What is the guarantee policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchases please tell us and we will happily refund the cost of that any item you are dissatisfied with. Where a large part of your order is at fault we will replace it or offer a refund. If the value of your produce/product is under £50 we can only offer a refund.
